A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
 
In this role, you will be a part of a global recruitment/talent acquisition set-up, joining our Norwegian team. The role is a newly established talent acquisition function who will represent our Norwegian Business Line and serve as a subject matter expert within talent acquisition and talent sourcing. You will be a part of developing an in-house search function and drive local implementation. You will also work closely with our HR Business Partners, employer branding and with HR analytic trying to identify future business needs and define the talent attraction strategy in order to execute the workforce planning.
 
We offer a dynamic work environment where teams across geographies strive for the best results. You will report to Global Recruitment Manager in People & Communication. The job will be based out of our Oslo office, where you will be a part of our local HR/Recruitment team.
 
You will be a key player in our recruitment function advising and coaching Recruitment Partners, Line Managers and HR Business Partners in the sourcing strategy. You will partner with many stakeholders across the business to ensure we attract and hire world class talent.
 
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
 
Drive the recruitment processes for senior leadership positions and other business prioritized and critical positions
Drive cross organisational strategic talent acquisition projects
Recommend sourcing strategy, recruitment methods and channels to build talent pipelines for critical positions
Establish proactive out-reach activities and build relations to passive candidates for future recruitment needs
Work closely with our colleagues in HR/Communication/Employer Branding to drive target campaigns
Develop a strong understanding of COWI’s business and recruitment markets

Furthermore, you shall have:
 
A degree in Human Resources/related disciplines, and minimum 6 years of recruiting experience with strong skills within search disciplines, talent acquisition and talent attraction, preferably from a large multi-national organization. 
A clear business understanding and a commercial mind-set
Thorough knowledge of the Norwegian recruitment market
The ability to adjust to changing priorities, successfully navigate ambiguity and ability to work with a variety of personalities in different cultures
Strong communication skills, able to influence and develop strong relationships
An outgoing and action-oriented personal style with a strong analytical sense
Ability to work independently, having a proactive approach and problem-solving mind-set
Fluency in English and Norwegian both orally and in writing
